How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, browse the M.A.N.K.I.N.D to see what’s new or alternatively you can click on the product category or enter the information into the search box.
When you find something you like, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button after selecting the color and/or size where applicable.
If at any stage you change your mind, you can delete the item from your cart by entering into the cart and click on the ‘remove’ button. Once you’re ready, follow through to the check out process.
Do I need to have an account to buy?
Yes, you'll need to use your account to shop at our webstore, we highly recommend you to register as a member with us as you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- Saving your address and payment method for faster checkout.
- Check your order status
- Review past purchases
- Track returns and exchanges

What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can use our Password Recovery feature to retrieve it or alternatively, you can contact us at, and we will be happy to assist you.
Orders And Shipping
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it will not be possible to change or cancel your order.
How will my order be shipped?
For local orders items will be sent using JNT or Post Indonesia and international orders items will be sent using standart (EMS) Post Indonesia delivery services unless an express service is requested.
Please note that orders will be sent through the most suitable carrier according to the size, weight and destination.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Sure! Please check that your PO Box rental agreement includes signed-for/registered items.
Due to the signed-for nature of deliveries, we recommend that your items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your items.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, all of our payments use a third party, MIDTRANS, which can accept several payment methods such as Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Virtual Account (Exc. VA BCA), QRIS, and Gopay.
For BCA users, you can make payments using QRIS from Midtrans, or direct transfer using ATM, M-Banking, and Internet Banking to our Account on the check out and payment page.
Payment using Direct Transfer only goes through PT Dualima Tiga Satu's account, other than that account is not our liability.
